1) Remove the maintenance covers at both ends of the flange end, and flush and clean with the valve open.
2) Before the installation, the whole machine should be tested according to the regular signal (electricity or gas) (to prevent the vibration due to transportation from affecting the performance), and the installation can be put on line only after passing the test (the wiring should be according to the circuit diagram of the electric actuator).
3) Before preparing to connect with the pipeline, it is necessary to flush and clean the remaining impurities in the clean pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball)
4) During the installation of the pneumatic ball valve, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a hoisting embellishment to prevent damage to the actuator and accessories.
5) The pneumatic ball valve should be installed in the horizontal or straight direction of the pipeline.
6) The pipeline adjacent to the installation point of the pneumatic ball valve should not sag or bear external force, and pipeline supports or supports can be used to eliminate the violation of the pipeline.
7) After connecting with the pipeline, please insert and tighten the flange connecting bolts with the specified torque.
